Pricing, support and investment in enhancing the products
While the customization options are extensive and meet almost all of our needs, we have found that for very specialized cases, we need some extra support from Daon's team.
While our overall experience has been positive, there are a few areas where we see room for improvement. For identity verification, the backend interface could be more intuitive to help users quickly locate key information. For the address validation product, we've noticed occasional issues with the accuracy of the source data, and the absence of built-in fraud indicators limits our ability to detect and respond to potential risks as proactively as we would like.
Honestly cannot think of anything. We did deploy on a standalone server initially, which required some heavier lifting on our part, but transitioning to the cloud deployment made that much easier.
