Ease of use for our teams. The back end / administration layer provides us with the critical data our cyber team needs to validate the identity and authenticity of our remote analysts in near-real time. The registration process is seamless for users.

Strong mobile-first biometric authentication and identity verification with their TrustX license verification solution.

What I like most about the product is its flexibility and practical effectiveness in real operations. First, we migrated to this technology, it was easy to integrate, and our experience throughout this transition was very positive. It offers different ways to integrate with existing systems, is highly configurable, and allows us to create new use cases easily while adapting to the realities of our operations. Its liveness detection technology has also helped to reduce user friction during digiltal on boarding. In addition, it is a precise technology, supported by certifications, which helps us mitigate fraud and identity impersonation risks.

The main weakness is the investment in time to ensure we get the most out of the back-end which we have specific requirements for. We are learning more about the power of their back end data capture as we progress. The second requirement from a time investment perspective is to fully understand the process logic - it is a complex step however one that is necessary from our business requirements perspective.

License verification would benefit from a client-facing portal that allows mutual clients to independently review pass/fail reasoning and verification details, rather than requiring partner-side access to DAON back-office tools for support and troubleshooting.

I do not have any significant concerns about the product at this time. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the speed of some production adjustments needed for further optimieze the effectiveness of the solution. These changes can sometimes take longer than expected, although this has not affected our overall positive experience with the product.
