We use this to host the Viva Engage platform so that we can share experiences and give members of staff a place where they can communicate and share accolades and achievements.

Yammer is a great communication platform but it is not effective for work related communication as it is more of a social media tool. It creates a feeling of community, but there is no way natively to track progress on tasks, decisions made, or confirmation of their implementation.
