YuMuuv has revolutionized my health routines since my company introduced it for a wellness challenge. I love challenges so it's exactly what I need, especially during this time of the year when it's getting colder and darker and I am less inclined to stay active. It encouraged me to increase my daily step count significantly and I am certain I wouldn't have been nearly as active last week without the challenge. One of the most notable improvements I have experienced is in my water intake. Thanks to YuMuuv, I am drinking more water than ever before, which has had a positive impact on my overall well-being. The social aspect of the app, allowing colleagues to participate in challenges together, adds an element of fun and friendly competition that further boosts motivation. I really enjoying using the app and participating in the challenge, it's really exciting and I am rarely that excited in Autumn!

I have found so much motivation using YuMuuv to participate in a challenge. I have really enjoyed the interface - the views of rankings, the helpful indicator to show if you are on track to meet the challenge goal, the ease of entering points, the confirmation of entries before they are submitted (helps catch mistakes), and the chat feature. I do wish the filter option was a little easier to use and that there was a "Find Me" button equivalent for your team. Right now you can only find yourself on the people tab, or filter to your team, but there is not a way to quickly find your team's rank amidst all the other teams.
