Documentation: Zapier provides the best documentation and FAQ. Any user can easily integrate their app with the platform even if they have minimum coding knowledge. Onetime setup: Once a Zap is set up properly, it runs smoothly without any maintenance.
Can require a lot of testing if your Zapier flows do not work, can take some time to set up your workflows. However notifications do come through when our 'zaps' have failed.
Also runs on a credit model that can go rather fast.
Expensive when compared to other platforms.
