The user interface is exceptionally intuitive and easy to navigate. Even our new employees can pick up Zoho Books with minimal training, which is a huge plus for our team. I really appreciate how the options are clearly laid out, making the software both simple and reliable for our daily accounting operations.
Zoho Books have helped to change the accounting in the non-profit organization from a quite chaotic spreadsheet to a more structured one. The program has a simple interface which allowed our team, with different levels of financial literacy, to quickly learn how to work with invoices and produce simple reports.

Bank feeds for some local banks can be inconsistent and sometimes require manual updates to stay synced. I also find that the advanced report customization option could be more flexible to meet specific internal business needs and finally, the mobile app, while good for basic tasks, lacks some of the deeper settings available on the desktop version.
It became cumbersome to track grant expenditures and meet the demands of numerous and specific donor reporting requirements. It doesn't have specific tools for tracking grant budgets or creating reports that can be customized for a particular grant.
