Zoho Books Likes & Dislikes
most liked product features of Zoho books like Comprehensive feature Customizable invoice templates, Expense Easy tracking of expenses with options to upload receipts, financial reports customizable reports for income expense profit & help to taxes.
Zoho Books have helped to change the accounting in the non-profit organization from a quite chaotic spreadsheet to a more structured one. The program has a simple interface which allowed our team, with different levels of financial literacy, to quickly learn how to work with invoices and produce simple reports.
I like how this tool automates accounting processes which reduces manual paperwork which is error prone and time consuming. It is also highly customizable so we can personalize the view to focus on the metrics that matter most to us. I also like that it supports multiple currencies which makes it an ideal tool for global use.
most dislike point of Zoho Books, Learning Curve like despite its user- friendly interface some users find the breadth of features overwhelming, Integration Limitation, Customer support issues,Performance Performance and bugs
It became cumbersome to track grant expenditures and meet the demands of numerous and specific donor reporting requirements. It doesn't have specific tools for tracking grant budgets or creating reports that can be customized for a particular grant.
I do not have any dislikes about this tool. It has been an exceptional tool.
