The OSS product is very versatile and can be indefinitely customized per customer needs/requirements. I want to mention separately OSS operation management panel, which is quite impressive.
360 resource management
Integration touchpoints are not as smooth as expected we struggled to get it integrated with other applications.
We are negotiating third party vendors partial integration in OSS system, but negotiations are going a little slow. I believe that main problem is negotiation, not technical difficulty.
