Seamless end user experience and common dashboard to get the information in centralized fashion.

The OSS product is very versatile and can be indefinitely customized per customer needs/requirements. I want to mention separately OSS operation management panel, which is quite impressive.

360 resource management

Integration touchpoints are not as smooth as expected we struggled to get it integrated with other applications.

We are negotiating third party vendors partial integration in OSS system, but negotiations are going a little slow. I believe that main problem is negotiation, not technical difficulty.

Whalecloud has shown great capacity to accomplish phase one missions, they have a lot of experienced engineers, which have arrived and worked 24/7 on site, as well as remotely. Of course communication can be an issue, when we are talking on such large scale projects and a lot of different people with different cultural background are working in limited time frame.
