Easy to use out of the box system Customisable using many different methods M-Files encourages users to learn the skills to manage and customise their system themselves, they don't just try to sell us consultancy time to achieve this
Mobile App - is not as good as we think it could be There seems to be a development opportunity for M-Files as there does not seem to be a user friendly way of handling bulk documents i.e. mailed merged docs that have been created in a different process away from M-Files that we want to store copies of in M-Files
