DB's team always give their effort to answer our needs, specially if there's company needs that directly not support yet from the apps, they always tried to found the solution, at least to ensure that company's requirement can be fulfilled by custom workflow feature."

maybe need the feature of succession planning that can be used to analyze the potential talent by the "x factor" which is can created by the company. And it would be the good one, if DB's system for talent can be support for online assessment that the results can be shown directly to the system. Because, for current thing, this thing isn't support.
