What do you like most about the product or service?

This is one of the easiest RMM solutions that I have deployed over the years, so much so that even my first line team was able to deploy this via intune without any input from myself.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

resource intensive at times, however this is more of an issue with legacy desktop estate that should be dealt with via desktop refresh. If you have an aged EUC estate, definitely one thing to keep in mind. Luckily, for us, we were carrying out a desktop refresh at the same time.
