Overall Comment:"Houspot is a great tool for early stage or beginner level companies, it's intuitive, easy to adopt and the mobile app is especially strong, perfect for forgetting work done on the go. However, as your sales process becomes more complex, HubSpot’s limitations start to show. Associations between contacts, companies, leads, and tasks can become a real bottleneck. Built-in association logic can make it difficult to get a clear, top-level view of an account, especially when multiple stakeholders or touch points are involved. On mobile, while the app is solid overall, there are occasional bugs when dialing. Can unexpectedly switch between headset and speaker or go mute altogether."
What I like most about hubspot is how intuitive and user friendly it is, especially for teams just getting started. The interface makes it easy to manage contacts, track deals, and stay organized without a steep learning curve. The mobile app is also a standout, It's fast, well designed, and makes it easy to stay productive while on the go. For early stage companies or smaller sales teams, it's a powerful tool to get organized quickly and start building pipeline.
What I dislike most about Hubspot is how limiting the association system can become as your sales process grows more complex. It's difficult to get a clean, high level view of an account when contacts, companies and deals aren't automatically or intuitively linked. This can slow down workflows, especially multi-threaded sales or when handling multiple stakeholders. Additionally, the mobile app while overall great can sometimes bug out during calls, switching audio sources are cutting out entirely which can be frustrating on the go.
