Overall Comment:"Overall, Trello has proved to be a project management tool that is simple to understand and quick to implement. Room for refinement revolves around options for visualizing tasks."
I have found three main strengths during my time using Trello: 1. The card system on the main board is incredibly modular and can easily be customized to fit specific user needs 2. The logic rules of the automation system have been straightforward to set up, easing task assignments and workflow 3. The ability to integrate commonly used work tools, such as Google Drive or Slack, streamlines navigation to work spaces
Some areas that I wish could be refined for Trello: 1. While it is possible to integrate calendar views, it would be helpful to also be able to visualize tasks in traditional project management schemes (ex. Gantt chart) 2. There is a wide array of "Power Up" integrations including staff ratings; I think it would also be helpful to see other users' ratings to help ensure I am making an effective choice with this integration 3. Though this is less pressing, it would be nice to have more options for customizing list colors when working on more complex projects
