The ease of submitting any expense - it pulls the information from a picture, pulls specific expenses from a credit card and automatically populates fields based on the information pulled. It can also be setup to auto approve within the policy. Super easy for the submitter and exceptionally fast for getting reimbursed.

I really have no complaints about the product or the service. This is by far the most efficient tool I have ever used to submit expenses. I like that there is an app I can use when traveling too but wish I didn't have to use the app. I think though I could also send a picture or digital receipt via an email so again, they make this super easy.
