I did not choose this product and I am not responsible for the choice as to what products we use or don't use, but I am happy that this is one that has been used in our marketing efforts. I think it's pretty easy to launch campaigns. It only takes a few steps and it seems to be pretty user friendly. I think the biggest aspect of of the user experience is the amount (or lack thereof) of time needed to create a campaign.
