I love the intrinsic nature of how they show customer interactions with the brand. They have a Hot-Warm-Cold system and that allows us to strike when the iron is hot, but also give people a break when things are cold. This approach has helped us sell out quicker, with less work, and most likely less brand degration from spamming those who are not interested.
Work on the platform isn't as streamlined as we would like it to be. There's just so many intricate details that need to be added to every single campaign, making each deployment take more time than expected. That being said, once things get deployed we can often just let them run so it's an upfront cost. The only other thing I can think of is that the support we get from them is minimal. This is especially problematic when we are trying something new or onboarding a new hire, however when they reach back out to you they are extremely helpful and informative.
