I have leveraged 6sense intent data on numerous occasions and it has helped me enter conversations and close deals with prospects that are showing buying behavior across multiple touchpoints. This type of data is extremely valuable and likely pays for itself overtime. Alerts in slack allow me to act in real time & strike when the iron is hot.
There's lots of data points, integrates right in SFDC and daily email
Segmentation is one of the best items, it allows us to not only use 6Sense intent data but also info in our CRM as well to target better leads, its API can integrate into a lot of areas, including pulling back information for personalization on our digital properties, and its audience workflow has some great opportunities that we are experimenting with now.
Sometimes I'm not sure about the quality of the data and how meaningful an alert is. I find myself reaching out to almost every 6sense alert and more often than not, when I make contact with a prospect I uncover that there may not have been true intent. Fully aware that this is not a one-size fits all solution, however data classification in the app can be missleading.
I'm not sure what to do with the insights/info it gives me. The chrome extension doesn't work. The contact level data is limited, which is somewhat understandable. Also the location data doesn't feel reliable.
I wish I could have more customizable analytic dashboards
