What is most impressive is the depth and accuracy of the data. In particular, the direct dial phone numbers and detailed organization charts help us prospect efficiently.

It's one of the largest databases to work from in this vertical, so you have a lot of information to peruse.

It's reliable enough. Has good data to start with. Insights are sometimes questionable but generally pretty helpful.

Dislike

The most significant drawback is that, while North America's intent data is elite, it lacks that of other international countries. From a daily user standpoint, the platform can feel a bit complex, often running into too many clicks to get to your desired destination.

The cost is way up there. It can be a bit overwhelming at times and sometimes very complicated. The information can be outdated or inaccurate well.

In 2026 it feels like much of the information can be sourced with other free platforms out there, so the strict fee-based licensing is not great.

    It's a good, well established platform. There are large databases available but does often feel like there's missing pieces, so I tend to use other free tools in some cases. The insights also sometimes feel like they may be outdated/not relevant or updated recently.
