In 2026 it feels like much of the information can be sourced with other free platforms out there, so the strict fee-based licensing is not great.

They have brought in incorrect data at times (emails, phone numbers, etc.) of people that no longer work at the firm. Price was always a concern for the company. Support quality is dependent on who you speak to at Zoominfo and could be better overall
