They are continually building and working on new features that enhance the user experience and abilities. If we ask about something they don't have/offer, the team always takes it back to discuss and provides updates on if/when those things will be available. Additionally, our support team is great to work with - they are informative and helpful. Great communicators and ensure we are set up for success. We are confident in our partnership with RollWorks and can show the ROI from the platform.
Some interesting features around setting journey paths and being able to drill down
I like how easy the platform is to use and the level-of-support we receive from the AdRoll team during the entire sales cycle to implementation to post go-live.
There is very little I dislike and find it hard to come up with anything. No platform is ever perfect, but there are very little negatives - nothing that is a deal breaker or makes me pause. The only thing that is something that creates a minor difficulty is how we reconcile our budget with purchased credits and/or any promotional credits. It gets a little messy, but we have are aligned with our finance team now so it is typically a non-issue.
Trouble with integrations, conflicting information from different reps
One of the things we're still working through to improve is the de-anonymization of people who click on our ad and visit our website. We've already overcome a few technical issues that were on our side and are still working to find more ways to de-anonymize the data.
