Some interesting features around setting journey paths and being able to drill down
It excels at pulling intent data and identifying high value accounts, with a personalized touch. Moreover, it has an intuitive ability to re-target and engage website visitors to navigate them through our sales funnel.
One of the things we're still working through to improve is the de-anonymization of people who click on our ad and visit our website. We've already overcome a few technical issues that were on our side and are still working to find more ways to de-anonymize the data.
Trouble with integrations, conflicting information from different reps
Limited reporting capabilities and cost model. At times we have also seen inconsistent campaign results. Certain areas of the platform are also complex, making the learning curve a more lengthy process for our users.
