Fast to deploy, easy to understand. in an industrial context, the scalability is very welcome. It is a french company, sovereignity is very important to us.

Centralises access management well and makes it easier to monitor and secure sensitive systems. Interface is intuitive

The main areas for improvement are: limited customization options in certain workflows and reporting dashborads, licensing costs which may be significant for smaller organizations and documentation could be more detailed for advanced configurations.
