CloudHPT operate our SaaS analytics platform. We have production in their Dubai Datacenter and DR replication and recovery to Abu Dhabi. We do not have any team locally in region so rely on CloudHPT to deliver management of our environment, this includes regular DR failover tests as part of our internal compliance. Overall we are happy with the service and are not looking to switch providers.
