The biggest advantage is the ability to automate document-heavy processes end-to-end within a single platform. It has helped reduce manual work and improved efficiency, especially for repetitive document processing tasks. The integration makes scaling automation much easier.

Document Automation works best with digital documents but it still needs enhancements to process multi-lingual digital documents. The handwritten document processing accuracy has increased but it is still below 50% in cases where there is noise in the background of the scanned documents which can be improved in the pre-processing stage.

1. Easier implementation and Usage of data in Downstream systems. 2. Easier Data classification and extraction 3. Human In the Loop with the help of AARI makes it easier to confirm the data if the model is less confident.

The biggest drawback is the occasional delay in document processing and limited visibility into what's happening behind the scenes. This can make it harder to diagnose issues quickly.

1. The processing of documents is slower than IQ Bot which was their previous version of this feature. 2. The pre-processing part can be improved for noisy scanned and/or handwritten documents. 3. It can be less expensive so that more mid-size companies can use it.

Nothing to dislike in the Document Automation as a product.
