Overall I think Podium is the leader in what they do, and if a business is needing their specific set of services, I think it makes a great deal of sense to consolidate down into just using Podium. If each individual usage from collecting google reviews, payments, web chat, etc isn't needed then it would probably make more sense to maintain individual vendors, but the simplicity of having a central hub for all of these functionalities makes the cost justifiable.
