I found Lumos based on an inquiry and upon our first meeting we hit it off. I felt that they really understood what the goals the team I support needed from such a platform. I wanted to see the results for the team who were waiting for a Sass License Management solution. By providing all the context and requirements needed, Lumos was able to hit the ground running to support our needs. I was very impressed by the level of delivery to start seeing savings and results.

Previously, we managed licenses with spreadsheets and handled IT asset management usin separate applications, which meant that information wa managed disjointedly. However, by implementing Josys, we have been able to centralize management and streamline administrative tasks. Additionally, by making the allocation of licenses visible, we habe been able to reduce unnecessary licenses that werw not in use, which has benefits both in terms of security and cost.

Zluri is a strong all-in-one SaaS management tool. It covers a number of categories (SaaS management, UAR, access requests, procurement, contract management). Their customer service is excellent - they work very closely with you and your team, even offering managed services to include one of their staff as essentially a part of your team.

We've been using CoreSuite for the past 4 years and we've seen the tool evolve to a crucial one in our IT landscape to drive automation and governance on our M365 stack.

Torii does everything it claims it can and more. Torii has given us insight into our SaaS spend that we would never have had without it (e.g., Shadow IT). Torii also makes managing our apps, users, and expenses easy with its incredible browser extension, integration capabilities, reporting features, offboarding workflows, license and usage insights, contract details, and custom workflow builder. The people at Torii are just as great as their platform, and they deliver top-notch customer service!

CloudEagle is a great addition for us, as it helped us take complete control of Saas applications used within our teams. The best thing about CloudEagle is the granular insights it provided, from App usage to spend data to usage insights on purchase licenses. It saved my time, especially in user provisioning, It's auto provisioning rules enabled me to grant access to relevant applications whenever a new member joined our team. I no longer need to visit each application to provision and deprovision users. Thanks to it's workflows, we automated most of the repetitive tasks that used to take most of my teams time. Whenever we encountered a problem CloudEagle's support team was always there to help us fix it, making the experience smoother.

The Zylo experience has been wonderful and very efficient. Their employees have years of expertise in SaaS management.

Love radar. Prior to radar we had to use different APIs and powershell cmdlets to try and cobble together complex reporting to deliver to management. Radar makes this far simpler, faster, and has an API which works great as well.

Great product that's helping us continually audit the software and services our users sign up for. I love their philosophy of de-centralizing so that IT does not need to manage or own all of the software services the company uses, but still has insight into everything.

Productiv has really helped us streamline our app provisioning and automation at our company. We are able to pass on approvals via Slack to the relevant teams while the automations handle the provisioning with Okta groups. It has saved so much time for everyone and made requesting licenses, right-sizing, as well as license and vendor management so much easer.

We worked with USU to optimize several SaaS products including Salesforce, Veeva, and Microsoft. The tool comes with many preformed connectors that just need credentials in order to start pulling data. Once the connection is made, we were able to set our workflow rules and automations to start reclaiming under utilized licenses, licenses for departed users, etc. We were also able to use the data to run license compliance checks and identify additional savings opportunities such as users given premium licenses when less costly ones would work the same for them. Lastly, the USU engineers and consultants were quite accepting of feedback and making their tool accommodate our business' requirements.

Great tool for O365 management and reporting. Used for enhanced security management and administration of O365.

We were facing a number of challenges. The most pressing was consolidating accounts, domains, etc. MegazoneCloud, who has a lot of expertise in the cloud, introduced us to this product as a solution to these problems and we've been using it since the beginning and providing feedback to improve its use. Our challenges are being solved one by one.

SNOW SaaS Management provides the missing piece for understanding our licensing usage. With agreements including more and more SaaS pieces or being entirely SaaS, this module fixed the missing piece that wasn't found by SNOW's on premises solutions and has given us a holistic picture of spend.
