All in all, the above features make it easy to manage IT Service Requests and Incidents along with a dedicated focus on cost reduction and gaining efficiencies. Its automation features like workflow and ticket routing help reduce manual efforts thus leading to improvements in efficiency for clients saving costs. Its seamless integration with Third Party Applications and other tools leads to enhanced collaboration and efficiency across teams. While Freshservice is the go-to tool for ITSM related needs, due to its limitations on advanced customizations for complex workflows its not preferred by large scale enterprises.

CloudEagle's proprietary software helps us monitor our spend on our Software and SAAS tools. The user-friendly workflow approach facilitates our renewal process, saves us time and money by speeding up the process and harvesting unused licenses. It also helps in our quarterly identity access management review.

ServiceNow Software Asset Management offers excellent capabilities for managing software licenses, tracking software usage and optimizing costs. Optimizing costs is the most critical use case in current times when all companies have cost and spend pressures. Its automation and real-time visibility into software assets makes it easier for organizations to maintain compliance and reduce costs. Its integration with other Service now modules adds huge value to organizations by streamlining workflows. However, the product has a big learning curve as well as very high implementation time which needs to be optimized further. Despite these long term benefits, this far outweighs the short term challenges and this is highly recommended software for all large organizations.

Torii does everything it claims it can and more. Torii has given us insight into our SaaS spend that we would never have had without it (e.g., Shadow IT). The people at Torii are just as great as their platform, and they deliver top-notch customer service!

Love radar. Prior to radar we had to use different APIs and powershell cmdlets to try and cobble together complex reporting to deliver to management. Radar makes this far simpler, faster, and has an API which works great as well.
