Verndor is very responsive and supportive in any questions and needs we might have. Aspera SmartTrack is a very mature tool which is recommended to be used by a mature cooperation. Its approach of starting with the catalog and a product recognition ensures a good and reliable data collection. It might raise the initial effort, though. Addons (Licence Control for XYZ) seem to give additional value if applicable for the company. If there is no easy way to get the needed data into the tool, then the effort of Licence Mgmt (with or without this tool) increases exponentially. You shouldn't expect (from any tool) to cover these prerequisites...

product is helping improve on our service offerings over our prevs itsm too. The thing we starting to investigate more in automation so users can submit request and doesnt need IT staff to touch the request. We feel chat bot needs more work on to be useful but again that could be down to how we have it configured. Support community and bmc teams are always helpful and willing to find a solution to issues.

Lansweeper is a very affordable but very capable product in the area of asset management. We've been using the on-premise version for about 2 years without any issue

In my Previous Client engagement, I worked on Enhancements for Software asset Management implementation along with HAM implementation. This product helps in managing all the software assets any organization will be managing along with the entire lifecycle, licenses, renewals etc.

The solution is great, very efficient and powerfull, however, their operating model was very different from ours. Despite being american with a very american view, the vendor worked with us to better understand the needs of the European Market and developped specific features that were needed. Having a good product and a team that is close to clients recommendation is key to succeed on a very competitive Market

Always on hand to offer support and guidance, setup was relatively easy and example dashboards provided to get started.

The truth is that a very good product, I am quite satisfied, it is quite intuitive and very descriptive.

After implementing the Symphony product, we are able to manage the full life cycle of IT Assets.

Simple GUI, Effortless, hassle-free easy to use and good to understand. We are using Cherwell asset management to manage, administer and control all Our IT Assets. By using this Application we have reduced our expenses and control the cost which we use for the resources. We have used other asset management tool but it's complicated and hard to train for the new person but this application is the best we got.
