For us, the depth and quality of 1Exiger's datasets are a foundational factor that enables our third-party risk management approach. The combination of data sources across sanctions, watchlists, PEPs, MEUs, adverse media, and other risk signals gives us deeper confidence in the credibility of our coverage. Just as important, 1Exiger makes it easy to understand and work with the data. Reporting and analytics capabilities are strong and practical. We've found the reporting outputs valuable for our day-to-day use, as well as management and senior leadership visibility.
As a data analyst / architect, I have a great appreciation for the quality of their API, their support when we have questions or issues, and their willingness to go the extra mile to get us the data - our data - out of the system even if it isn't readily available. 1Exiger's reporting and analytics capabilities are extremely beneficial to our organization as they make it easy to integrate with other application data. I appreciate the fact that they have not only solicited our input on things that we would like to see improved in the 1Exiger application, they have taken steps to implement some of our improvement requests. I really appreciate the fact that they have engineered their solution to allow us to create URLs in our own internal reporting / dashboarding system to our individual 3rd parties within the web 1Exiger web application.
Flexibility of the platform, the support of the team behind it, and the out of the box thinking of the company leadership behind the solution.
I dislike that our organization did not find and onboard Exiger as a partner sooner.
Native reports could be more flexible i.e. It would be nice if a non-IT end user could pick and choose the fields for reports. It would also be nice if the application allowed the end user the option to set a 3rd Party as Active or Inactive within the 3rd party container instead of having to search for it and setting that value from a list of results.
I can't integrate it directly into our system of record.

Account Manager's Expertise Helps Resolve Complex ERP and Data Integration Challenges
My rating is largely based on experience with an exceptional account manager/project manager. We're implementing Exiger in an environment with many ERP systems and data issues, and he has been such a helpful driver to finally resolving these problems. His understanding of ERP systems and his ability to talk about highly technical issues (IT, legal, regulatory, etc.) in accessible language is also a huge strength that he's bringing to the table for Exiger.
