Resilinc is our one source of truth for supply chain events and recovery. Their services help our businesses respond to events, understand the impact to our manufacturing plants and customers, and identify alternatives to keep us up and running. Additionally, we have been working with some of their latest next-gen tools to help us identify risk sooner and respond quicker.
Eventwatch service delivers what is expected
We are very satisfied with the support, responsiveness, monitoring and the data we get. Resilinc serves as the single source of truth across multiple dimensions of our supply chain, including ESG, BCP, trade compliance, event monitoring and multi-tier supplier risk management.
One area that we have been working with Resilinc on is the ability to have custom fields for key data elements from our business units. These data elements help us monitor and track key business metrics for our internal reporting. Another area of focus with them has been the speed to deliver enhancements and upgrades on the next-gen features to have them production-ready for our key business users to leverage and interact with in a real-time manner.
Resilinc is not evolving as fast as expected as a product, and their say/do ratio is still quite low - a number of things in their roadmap, but all as new products/licenses. Personally as a customer I have not benefited from any new capabilities in the two years of use of the solution.
Because the platform offers so much functionality, it helps to be intentional about how you roll out the modules. Without clear prioritization, teams can initially feel there is a lot to take in, even though the capabilities themselves are very strong.
