Everstream (EA) is an exceptional tool with tremendous potential. It continues to improve with each release, showcasing thoughtful design and robust development. As with any and all SaaS platforms, there are minor inconveniences, but the benefits far outweigh them, making EA a highly valuable resource.

Overall solid flow of incident notifications on-time and with good coverage. Unfortunately, frequent and poorly tested system updates impact user experience. Occasionally it is difficult to know which system capabilities are included in the contracted package and what is separately chargeable, as the business model might have changed since the service contract was signed.
