EA Watches stand out a the most substantial value proposition for Everstream and thought-out reports on significant events. The customer service team is also exceptional and goes above and beyond to make the product work. Also the supply chain discovery gets better and better and helps understand the tiers in your supply chain.
Timeliness and coverage of incident notifications. Great customer support (finally), unfortunately there is frequent need to get assistance from the customer support team.
Easy to access data and views, tier 2 visibility, addition of shipping lane data
I do wish they had more API connections with other SaaS platforms. This would be a great benefit.
Frequent system bugs caused by new releases - poor user acceptance testing (if any?), Complexity of the set-up and limited administration tools. Lack of manual mapping & maintenance of the supply chain beyond the 1st tier suppliers. Lack of proper single-sign-on functionality.
We have our own internal supplier risk model. Everstream provides the ability to build our own model into it. Our model uses addition/subtraction as well as multiplication to calculate an overall risk score from the factors measured. Everstream only allows you to multiply by the factor weights.

The ability to standardize your supply chain risk view globally while also configuring the information received in those areas based on your role in the company and what matters to you is an exceptional feature of the tool. The EA team has also been open to using our specific needs and requests for our company to build and scale new capabilities within the tool. However, customization is key. CONS: There is a dependence on customization of the tool to understand its true power.
