Overall solid flow of incident notifications on-time and with good coverage. Unfortunately, frequent and poorly tested system updates impact user experience. Navigating and Customising Everstream Analytics for Supply Chain Risk Management
Everstream Analytics Pros: EA has given our team the opportunity to visualize global risk to our company which is a feature that my team did not currently have at a standardized level. The ability to standardize your supply chain risk view globally while also configuring the information received in those areas based on your role in the company and what matters to you is an exceptional feature of the tool. The EA team has also been open to using our specific needs and requests for our company to build and scale new capabilities within the tool. However, customization is key. CONS: There is a dependence on customization of the tool to understand its true power. There is a technical and functional disconnect when it comes to the deployment of the software; as it can be difficult to understand how or when to use some capabilities real time based on how the EA may explain the capabilities and how a supply chain professional will use the tool.
