Our team has mostly used Blue Yonder to track the logistics side of hardware deliveries for some of our data center deployments. None of us are in supply chain management directly, but we still need visibility into when equipment is clearing the warehouse or port so we can plan our site activity and crew schedules properly. You can tell the platform is built for handling a massive amount of logistics info, and it has been useful for us to see where the shipments are getting delayed or stuck in the process. At the same time, as a team coming from operations and deployment, the interface feels a bit overwhelming at times and seems more geared toward dedicated logistics experts. It definitely helped improve visibility compared to us having to do manual follow-ups, but we still found ourselves maintaining separate tracking notes on the side. To be honest, we didn’t always trust ourselves to navigate every single dashboard correctly because the system is so dense. It's a powerful tool, no doubt, but since we are not purely in supply chain but end up having to interact with the tool anyway due to dependencies and only need quick status updates to keep a project moving, it feels a bit overkill (which can be a really good thing in my POV if you're from a pure supply chain background).

Its been a huge step up for our supply chain transparency and catching compliance issues before becoming real problems, like visibility into tier 2 and tier 3 suppliers is normally a nightmare, but sourcemap's visualisations make it make sense. Takes good amount of work to get configured but accomplishes a lot!

My overall experience with Sphera Supply Chain Risk Management was shaped by the fact that I was responsible for quality oversight across multiple global manufacturing sites, each producing more than 50 different chemical products with different raw material inputs, process paths, and customer requirements. In that environment, the value of the platform was in helping us strengthen visibility across a very complicated supply chain where traceability was not optional. We needed to understand exactly where a material came from, how it moved through production, where it was staged, what it was combined with, where it was shipped, and which customer ultimately received it. That level of control becomes even more important when segregation happens in stages and you need confidence that affected material can be isolated without creating confusion elsewhere in the system. From my perspective, the product was most useful when supporting structured risk identification, process mapping, and workflow analysis across sites that did not all operate the same way. It was not just about seeing a risk event; it was about having enough visibility to support operational improvement and to make quality and compliance decisions with more confidence.

Overall 1Exiger has been a valuable platform for improving supply chain visibility, workflow analysis, and risk/compliance monitoring. It helps organise complex third-party and supply chain information in a way that supports faster decisions and better operational oversight. The platform is especially useful when the goal is to map processes identify risks and improve compliance outcomes. At the same time, it can take effort to fully configure and get the most value from the data and workflows.

Before this, we were juggling spreadsheets and email chains just to keep track of supplier certifications and material flows. It was a mess, especially around audit season.

Resilinc offers excellent real-time risk assessment, allowing us to effectively coordinate our supply chains and better estimate the impact on our business. The supplier evaluation also provides valuable internal support. This has enabled us to identify several single points of failure in our supply chains. While the alerting system is comprehensive, it also has its challenges and must be precisely tailored to the user's specific needs.
