we've been using TrusTrace for about a year and half now, and overall it's been a solid move for our team. Before this, we were juggling spreadsheets and email chains just to keep track of supplier certifications and material flows. It was a mess, especially around audit season.

the multi-tier visibility is what makes it stand out for us. Being able to see beyond just Tier 1 suppliers, actually tracing back to raw inputs, is something we could never do before without enormous manual effort. the certificate management module is also a big win; it tracks expiry dates and flags discrepancies automatically.

It's very complete / end-to-end for its purpose; also it has strong compliance support and, as said before, it's scalable

The supplier adoption side is genuinely the weakest point. The platform is great when data is in it, but getting smaller, lower-tier suppliers to consistently upload and update their information is an ongoing battle.

UI can be a bit complex for new users, and again, onboarding is quite an endeavour

keeping timelines and RFT delivery had been a challenge in certain cases
