easy setup and installation. Expandability. Functionality.
One of the best things about ExacqVision NVR is its user-friendly interface. The software is very intuitive and easy to use while still being highly customizable.
The smart search feature saves a lot of time when we need to find something that is missing of who was moving around the company at night when no one should be moving around.
interface can be a little non-intuitive to start. But once you get the lay of the land it makes complete sense.
The only downsides are that support is overseas which can result in some lags in communications and the limited amount of support cameras.
The commercial negotiation was a nightmare and there was no support from the local reseller in Brazil. When had to involve the legal department to get things done. About the product itself we have no complaints.

Technically great, but a commercial nightmare
I am the It manager and was responsible for the selection of the CCTV product. The process of purchasing the license took a long time and we almost selected another cctv solution because of this problem. The Brazilian representative of the Exacq company was not doing a good job and it took more than 30 days for us to get the product. After solving the commercial problems we got the product and it has one of the best cctv software that we have used so far. The smart search feature enables us to search for movements in a specific part of the camera image which saves a lot of time.
