Despite it being a great product, it is not very user-friendly for beginners to start working on it from the start. Prices are also a bit on the higher end for small businesses. Customer support can also be taken into consideration as there is scope for improvement.
Getting everything to work behind a consent mode cookie policy does require some developer input, which can be tricky, but once set up works well.
