the ability to easily create an A/B test - from the visual editor through to audience segmentation and preview. The AI tool is extremely accurate and easy to use - enabling even beginners to make visual changes without the requirement for learning code, and the chrome extension is useful for generating optimisation and testing ideas across different types of webpages. The tool is easy to implement with the Smart Code

I like the fact that you can import a page and then modify it to create a variation just like using a simple editor.

I like how simple it is to use the heatmap functionality. The walkthrough of each step for setting up an A/B test and multivariate is very intuitive. There was an update recently to the UX and it feels much cleaner than it did before.

sometimes the abilities of the tool extend far beyond what's on the surface, so you often need the support of VWO to set up experiments the way you want to

I don't like the fact that if you are not a developer, very frequently you will get your design botched between mobile and desktop. It is advertised as a no-code solution, but you need to know to code to be able to create a proper setup for the tests. Also, the targetting options were unclear to us - when a conversion is recorded, was it just on the landing page or further down the conversion funnel? We had many a test get botched because we didn't realize this.

Poor service - sometimes I cannot reach a real person to help when my team is stuck. It feels a bit clumsy to filter through the many tests to find one specific test.
