I like most about the service is how clearly and effectively explained everything and how it gives suggestions which are more practical. It focuses on solutions that actually fit the business rather than giving generic recommendations which are helpful to understanding and implementation. The Recommendations are well structured and realistic and also keeping in mind system limitations, team capabilities and day-to-day operational challenges.

I really liked the fact that all the time was necessary the joined the customer in the company site, so it made more easy the communication and the resolution of the issue during the implementation. So obviously this was possible because the customer and consultants were in the same city.

They are most noted for gaining the trust of top-level executives who are traditionally skeptical of consultants.

One of the main things I disliked about it that overall process sometimes felt heavy and time consuming especially when it came to documentations and approvals. At time the discussion also went into a lot of detail, which was useful from strategy point of view but could be overwhelming for day-to-day execution teams.

The people participating in the project changed: this means loss of knowledge and restarting to build the good relation with the staff/consultants, because the management was always the same.
