Overall, our experience with KPMG has been good. They were responsive during the RFP process and have remained responsive throughout the engagement. We have not received "cutting edge" ideas from them, however I think this may be in part because they recognize our organization may be behind some of our competitors when it comes to how ambitious we are in our vision for the future.
