1.Expertise and Guidance - The Accenture team brought deep cloud knowledge and industry best practices which gave us confidence at every stage of the transformation. 2.Structured approach - Their methodology was clear, well documented and tailored to our organization's needs making a complex migration feel manageable. 3.Responsiveness - Support was timely and effective with issues addressed quickly to minimize disruption.
The main draw back for me was the cost and billing transperancy, while the value was clear.
There is more work to be done to function and operate as a cloud native vendor.
1.Cost Structure- The services are premium and while the value is clear the price can be high compared to other providers. 2.Complexity-Some of the processes and documentation were very detailed which occasionally slowed down decision making. 3.Customization-Although Accenture offers strong frameworks, certain solutions felt more standardized and required extra effoer to tailor to our unique environment.
