Solution is geared towards primarily digital businesses and digital marketing activation. Too many customer data inputs create confusion with identity resolution processes. Campaigns and Analytics are very basic and do not meet our needs so we had to find other solutions which add unplanned expenses to the project.

Easy to build cohorts and segment customers to quickly access information, on-hands support from a live account leader, ability to pull data out of the platform for upload into email platform & digital agency,

We have been a long term customer, so the consistency and ease of use has been helpful for driving the business.

Dislike

Platform support when adding new users or getting locked (password change,etc) is slow and often takes multiple times to reset to enable it to work. In addition there are multiple sites that are all a part of the system- CDP, marketing cloud, Our data integration was inherited and the documents that show where data from our source system links to metrics in Acquia is difficult to understand (partly our fault). Last, it would be better to have API plugins for data and plugins for partner tools vs exporting data to an FTP.

Business leads identity resolution too much Campaign tool prone to user error

Sometimes can be rigid in integrations and need for significant lift for new data points or changes.

    Tool is robust, but the support provided from the Service teams is lack luster.

    Product is robust and we have a clear vision of our customers and are able to market to them appropriately. However, service is lacking. Our partners do not understand our business and very little business value is provided.

    We often use Acquia when creating our personalized campaigns. We include machine learning models created according to our customers shopping dynamics in our campaign audiences. As a result, we can send SMS and Email.

    Acquia is attentive and supportive as needed. We have been in a long term relationship with Acquia and we recently upgraded to a new version and that has helped in how we operate and support the business.
