The platform is flexible and has out of the box integrations with a lot of services that we use on a regular basis in marketing and CX. We are now able to see the audience size with just one click. And while viewing these audiences, one can also create widgets for every segment that are useful for viweing attributes and distributions. Building journeys is easy, even though editing them later and updating them has some challenges.
Segmentation capability, ease of use for end users, Intuitive
1. Unified Data with Seamless Connectors: Treasure Data brings together data from all the identified sources into a single customer profile and its out-of-the-box integrations make it seamless to activate that data into meaningful customer experiences across channels. 2. AI Agent Ecosystem & Gen AI Copilot - Ability to use pre-built AI agents (AI Agent Foundry) or plug-in our own ML models, all grounded in unified customer data. Natural language interfaces and AI copilots make audience exploration and content creation more accessible. 3. Customer Journey: Easy orchestration of cross-channel journeys with real-time triggers and AI-driven logic. 4. Zero-Copy Integrations: LiveConnect lets us work with data in Snowflake and other systems without duplication of the data. 5. Governance & Trust: Strong controls and compliance frameworks are built into the platform.
Sometimes building segments across markets can be difficult if not using the same data model. The paltform does not allow users to inspect or create segments of profiles that are currently inside the journey steps. This may hinder optimizaiton and drop off analysis. Activating audiences still requires some technical knowledge.
Technical Support is generally slow and unhelpful, hard to understand technical limitations and how to overcome them, Slow performance and unclear way to solve it
1. Ease of Use for Non-Technical Users: While powerful, many workflows still require SQL or technical support, which makes it harder for purely business teams to be fully self-service. 2. Add-On Costs: Some of the most advanced features, like AI agents etc are offered as add-ons to the core platform. While this gives us the flexibility to adapt to what we need, it can make overall cost planning and budgeting more important as usage grows. 3. Documentation & Learning Curve: Documentation and best-practice guidance can be uneven, so teams often lean on professional services or implementation partners to accelerate adoption and get the most value.
