High reliability with multiple message sending providers taking over if there is any trouble. The administrator interface is quite clear for my use, mainly monitoring. Support answers fast.

- Ability to debug events and payloads. - The wide variety of connectors available, both sources and destinations. - Good documentation.

We get a unified customer view. Personalization marketing is easy. Better marketing and high ROI. Actionable data activation. Proper data governance, security and compliance.

Dislike

There is a cost to trying to send a message, even if it fails. The cost is not based on the success of delivery. When sending fails, the error is quite vague and I need to contact support to get more details. Switching between two already registered means of payment is impossible in my case, I need the support to do it and I don't understand why.

- Some sources and destinations still missing. - It's a relatively complex tool to use. - Tech support often takes too long to respond or address problems. - It's not open source and it's harder to customize it than with other solutions.

Twilio Segment has surprising exceeded expectations. No dislikes.

    This is a customer data platform that we use to help businesses collect and activate data about the customer across all channels and applications. Our overall experience was very smooth and in a way of pro ones do. The features and benefits and twilio is as above the remarks, which we used some features like data collection, data unification, data activation. But their real time insights and personalized experience is too good to be true. Twilio is very effective if we use efficiently.
