A very thorough application covering all the bases such as securing, integrating and backing up data, ease of use and implementation as well as being totally upgradeable and scalable. The security features are obviously the main selling point and the most robust! The application has added to overall security of our organization.

The single pane of glass dashboard for managing backups and endpoint security is much better than having several tools for individual components. The integration with Office 365 natively is also useful for managing cloud backups. Logging and error management is also intuitive and helps identify issues quickly.

A unified management console. Having backup, disaster recovery, and endpoint security all in one interface significantly reduces complexity. We dont have to juggle separate agents for antivirus and backup anymore, which improves system performance.

I would say that the one major drawback about using this product and it's not necessarily the biggest deal breaker is that when IT is backing up data the system slows down and becomes sluggish... it doesn't mean it's not a great software but indeed it does suffer because of these delays...

The licensing can be complicated and sometimes unclear about what products or features are included in which license package. The application is also quite resource intensive on Windows machines, likely due to the amount of software components running. Although the built in configuration options cover most scenarios, anything custom can be difficult to achieve.

The licensing structure can become expensive if you need multiple 'Advanced Packs' (like Advanced Security or Management) for every endpoint. It requires careful planning to optimize costs and avoid overspending on features we might not fully utilize.
