It is a tool that can be described as: "Set it and forget it but with time, it can become "Where is that setting". It bundles backup, antivirus, patch management and EDR into a single agent so it simplifies tool sprawl so to speak. The management console can feel a bit sluggish and the initial learning curve is steeper than a simple backup tool like let's say Veeam or Wasabi.
