The DMS/ADMS space is full of very high priced, functionally challenged products. This product was very inexpensive ($x M total) and has functioned flawlessly for the past 6 years. Our implementation, especially with respect to CVR is unequaled in the United States. We are completely automated 24x7 with one person supporting the solution. Can't beat those results with any alternatives. Most other vendors were unable to provide automation and in fact told us we didn't want automation and that we were not being responsible in asking for it.

Powerful, robust, and reliable system. Documentation is improving but has a ways to go.
Customer Service has traditionally been very good. Linux based system is a huge advantage with many ways to enhance the product.
