It is easy to export, it is never down, the tax report is always easy to get, the information is all there,
The website can be quite slow at time and attempting to get support can be frustrating

Do your research and make a list of what you need in a system
It seems that ADP may have gotten too large to maintain their customer service. While the system itself is intuitive, the customization capabilities are lacking. Once a contract is signed, there are no future negotiations. Just a notice that the price is increasing.
