Our finance users appreciate the control, auditability and accuracy built into the workflows, while the Sales and KAM teams finally have a UX that feels fast, intuitive and tailored to how they need to work in the field or with customers. Core TPM processes like disaggregation, automated accruals and claims resolution run smoothly and consistently, and we can trust that the numbers reconcile without manual intervention. Scenario planning has been a major upgrade, especially now that Ava helps model outcomes and highlight profit risks or opportunities instantly. The combination of connected data, purpose built UX for different personas and AI supported decisioning has made our TPM process far more accurate and productive. Strongly recommended for any consumer products organisation serious about controlling and improving margin performance.

The mobile app is genuinely the best offline experience we’ve used: fast, reliable and built around the realities of being in stores with patchy connectivity. Reps don't have to think about sync or network issues, the workflow just works. What has impressed us even more is Ava, Aforza’s vertical AI. The recommendations are thoughtful and very practical rather than generic, and they help our reps focus on the actions that will move the needle in store.
