The system is fairly intuitive, but when we run up on something that isn't working well, we are encouraged to speak up. I love that they take our suggestions to heart and either revise or find workarounds for us.
It's a very clean and easy to use platform. The team that built it has a lot of experience in the CPG space so they knew exactly how to build a service that would actually help.
The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. It offers many sort and filter options, and enough detail to be helpful but not overwhelming.
the lowest tier doesn't have many bells and whistles. Would love to have the ability to have some of the upper tier capabilities, even on just one account to be able to see the benefits of the tiers.
There a couple minor quirks like any software but the Vividly team is constantly improving the software.
