The system is fairly intuitive, but when we run up on something that isn't working well, we are encouraged to speak up. I love that they take our suggestions to heart and either revise or find workarounds for us.

It's a very clean and easy to use platform. The team that built it has a lot of experience in the CPG space so they knew exactly how to build a service that would actually help.

The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. It offers many sort and filter options, and enough detail to be helpful but not overwhelming.

the lowest tier doesn't have many bells and whistles. Would love to have the ability to have some of the upper tier capabilities, even on just one account to be able to see the benefits of the tiers.

There a couple minor quirks like any software but the Vividly team is constantly improving the software.

It's been a good experience so far. It takes a little bit of time to get going and understand the product. However, it's pretty intuitive and well built. We are excited to continue to use it.

We recently implemented Vividly to better track trade spend and manage deductions and couldn't be more pleased with both the product and the customer success team. In just a few months we have significantly reduced our time spent reviewing and filing disputes, making other processes much more efficient. Our customer success manager, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only is she super pleasant, but also offers an extensive knowledge of the database as well as sales background to help meet our specific needs.

This is the second time I have onboarded Vividly at a startup type organization. I knew at my current role the minute I could get Vividly on board to manage trade spend it was a must. The interface is so easy compared to other TPM I have come across in my career. A real world class solution for an affordable price.
