I like that we are able to get our deductions broken out on a weekly basis. I am able to grab that information and directly upload it using a separate program to Quick Books online. I finally like that they do disputes.
I like how we can track and oversee our promotional plans, making it easier to analyze and compare promotions over time with better insights, track spending and clearing deductions, making sure we maximize profitability, as well as great customer service and support.

I dislike that it takes many people to onboard and also, it seems like the didn't really understand how we would be able to smoothly get the data and reports to integrate with our accounting system (Quickbooks Online).
None so far. Promomash has been a valuable partner for us. We're hoping to do more and can't wait for the innovations they have that are in the pipeline.
No specific downsides as such, but use of AI to further streamline and automate tasks, and reduction of costs would significantly benefit smaller brands.
