The overall experience with Salesforce has been very positive. Once we had everything aligned to our processes, it became a platform that our teams could rely on and automation helped improve processing times for our agents. The platform is very dependable and consistent, and the very few times there was an issue, support was great at identifying and resolving them in a timely manner.

Customization can get complicated quickly as there are so many options and ways to complete the same task. Updates in the future to these processes can take more time to adjust multiple different settings. There are some days where the platform can be slow to load or lag when pulling up records. The reporitng could be more dynamic, there are many limitations when trying to make more complex reports to interpret your data and the limits on the custom formulas you can use.
