The platform is designed around how reps actually work - mobile and voice-first, intuitive, and focused on capturing meaningful data without adding friction. Their tight alignment with our ecosystem and ability to layer industry-specific workflows on top of standard platforms is a major differentiator.

It is easily integrated into most current up-to-speed pharma customer relationship management solutions. Non-text controls are easy to be improved in the near future, and are already almost up to speed. The only point of attention is language availability.

Some of the main areas of improvement are definitely the need of relying to proprietary data, and learn from them. Although it is crucial to make sure the AI is trained on YOUR data, that does not mean that you could potentially push (together with AiDEA as well?) a way to harmonize data collection and storage among companies, so to offer a unique, more efficient proposal.

- Dependence on data quality: AI processes any data; if quality is lacking, even AI feedback can be of little use. - Implementation complexity: Adopting a CR with advanced AI requires longer implementation times and higher costs. - Learning curve and adoption: Adequate training is required to increase adoption and effectiveness.
