Since we are in the initial phase with one website, there has not been much to dislike. One minor challenge is that configuring advanced ranking and personalization features can require a learning curve for new users. However, the documentation and support make it manageable.
1. It's requires a bit of learning and isn't that intuitive. 2. Customisation can be difficult 3. Limited flexibility on filtering.
The main downside has been the instability and unpredictability of the pay-as-you-go-plan. Bots on the site meant we saw our monthly cost quadruple vs the two months prior.
