The product utilizes the latest in A/I Technology
Multi-language support is one of the stand out features for us. We work with people from all around the world and one of the challenges we face are language barriers. Being able to translate from one language to another is a big help in ensuring that our message is received as intended. The focus is on data for every decision Alice makes. Alice SDR was able to recognize patterns that we had never noticed before.
It's a shame it's not available in all languages.
Cost
The need for data: This one is understandable, but your organization does need a lot of information before it can be acting in its most optimal ways. Alice needs to be monitored, you do not want to trust the automation completely as sometimes the messages can seem robotic. It is a great conversation starter but not a great closer. There is a lot to learn and there is a long on boarding process, thankfully the customer support is helpful and patient.
