The up-front support when we first signed the contract and went live with the software was second-to-none, I could not fault the hands-on help we had, and there certainly were lots of questions that we needed help with. If you want to go-live quickly, this software may not be for you, as you have to invest time to make this work.
What I like most about Salesforce is its ability to centralize customer data and support large-scale operations efficiently. Its reporting capabilities are robust once setup correctly.
Accurate lead scoring and prioritisation - AI helps identify high-potential leads, allowing our team to focus on the right opportunities. Forecasting and pipeline insights - provides clear, data-backed recommendations that improve sales planning and predictability Seamless CRM integration - it's built into Salesforce so we don't need to jump between platforms.
Cost is obviously a big factor, as this is one of the most expensive on the market, however we already use Salesforce CRM so it felt like a no-brainer to have the entire sales function under one roof. The insights and reporting features are not as clear or easy to use as I would like, and I find them quite clunky to get to grips with.
It is not fully flexible. Even small customization requests like changing KPI colors or updating UI elements take a lot of time to be implemented.
Performance and Speed - with large datasets, the system can sometimes feel slow, especially when running advanced reports or AI-driven queries. Cost and licensing - the pricing structure can feel high compared to other solutions, especially when additional features require separate licenses or upgrades. Occasional accuracy gaps - lead scoring and forecasting are generally reliable, but there are times when the recommendations don't fully align with actual outcomes.
