AI Coaching offers my reps real-time coaching cards with transcripts to help them navigate through objections in real-time. This is a huge value add for our team! We're starting to also see value from the playbook adoption that we've built to help reps assess what they missed on calls without needing a manager to review.
The AI transcripts and coaching have been very useful. Having AI call summaries upload directly into our CRM increased productivity immediately across our sales and customer success teams because they could quickly review what occurred on the last touchpoint of a call without having to listen to the entire call.
I love the ease of using the app, I can create group chats within seconds, can monitor my teams and my analytics and also search up old conversations/leads via the search bar by typing a word or two. And my frequent numbers plus recordings are readily available!
Spam incoming calls to our department and coaching team numbers (which have not been publicly shared on our website) are noisy distractions. The confusion about what is a line item and what a license includes was confusing in the beginning as it wasn't obvious when I reviewed the order form that something was missing. This took time to correct afterwards. Call quality into certain countries (India) has been poor, despite passing the Dialpad quality test on our side.
As mentioned above, we experienced a pretty significant challenge with our clients when we switched over to Dialpad, because they were so accustomed to joining meetings with another video hosting vendor. Oftentimes, they were unable to join video calls altogether, or at least had a difficult time joining the call, which delayed the start of the meeting. Unfortunately, Dialpad doesn't have the marketshare and recognizability that competitors do, which proved to create friction on customer facing calls.
My number comes across as Potential Spam and sometimes some clinicians' messages cannot be delivered to me, it is a hassle but happens rarely.
